
Marty Jencius earned his Ph.D. in
Counselor
Education from the University of South Carolina. He has had 16
years in clinical practice working with addiction issues, community
mental health, emotionally handicap children and in consultation
with employee assistance programs.
He is founder and list manager for CESNET-L, a
professional listserv for counselor educators and co-founding editor
of The Journal of Technology in
Counseling, a web-based, peer reviewed journal.
He is on the editorial board of the
Journal for Specialists
in Group Work and acts as co-editor of the interview section
of The Family
Journal. His scholarly interests include multicultural
counseling training, counselor education pedagogy, and the use of
technology in counseling. |
